The beauty of this foundation is that it is buildable.  This means in addition to being a foundation, it can also be used as a setting powder or finishing powder.  Some even use it as a concealer, making it a great product when you are on the go.  We chose this as our favorite full-coverage foundation for sensitive skin because it is oil-free, paraben-free, non-toxic, cruelty-free, and contains 15SPF!

3. Tarte Cosmetics Amazonian clay full coverage foundation – $39.00

You will not need to build up this foundation; it is instantly full coverage!  The texture is a nice whipped mousse that is easy to blend and buff out.  We love how it does not become cakey at all!  We recommend this foundation for combination and oily skin types, as well as those that are acne prone.

This foundation has to be the most lightweight on the list! It is perfect for summertime. It blends into the skin so smoothly.  While the shade selection is limited, if you find your match then this is an amazing full-coverage foundation!

Our Choice For:  Drugstore Brand

This foundation is such an oldie but goodie!! We always find ourselves returning to it over the years.  You cannot beat the price, and the finish is velvet, matte, and smooth!  We recommend using a sponge or your fingertips while applying.  This foundation is also perfect for dry skin types!

This full-coverage foundation by smashbox is a hit! We would describe it as indestructible, sweat-proof, and perfect coverage.  However, it does dry quickly so we recommend applying and blending one section at a time.

9. Frankie Rose Matte Perfection Foundation – $36.00

This lightweight foundation works very well with combination, normal, and dry skin types.  It is long-lasting, good for covering blemishes, and leaves a matte finish.  The coverage is medium but buildable to full!

10.  HUDA BEAUTY #FauxFilter Full Coverage Matte Foundation – $40.00

We saved one of the best for last!! The #FauxFilter Full Coverage Matte Foundation by Huda Beauty is a cult favorite for wedding makeup! It is seriously stunning in photos and in person.  With a vast variety of shade selection and luminous matte finish, this foundation is a winner across the board.  While it is definitely full coverage, it does not feel heavy on the skin thankfully.
